Gum Disease Treatment

We provide many options to help maintain your gum health as well as actively treat gingivitis or periodontitis concerns. We utilize many treatment modalities depending on patient needs and preferences, including coronal polishing, hand-scaling, Cavitron ultrasonic scaling, and scaling and root planning or deep cleanings. We create individualized maintenance programs for each patient to keep you healthy.

Implants

Dental implants are widely considered the gold-standard tooth replacement option for one or multiple teeth. A dental implant is placed in the jaw and allowed to integrate into the bone for several months. Once it is stable, a restoration such as a crown can be placed on top, giving the appearance and function of your natural tooth! No need to be shuttled from office-to-office to coordinate care with specialists, as we are most often able to complete all treatment from start to finish in-house, making it easier and more affordable for our patients.

Root Canal Treatment

Teeth that need root canal treatment have generally been affected by trauma, decay, or infection. Patients oftentimes present with a toothache or abscess, and root canal therapy is a great treatment option that can help get rid of pain and save the tooth. Gone are the days of root canal horror stories - our doctors ensure you are numb and completely comfortable throughout the entire procedure!

Crowns

Dental crowns are caps placed on top of damaged teeth. Crowns are used to cover and restore the appearance and shape of your teeth when large fillings wear down or start to break over time. Crowns are also a fantastic option for a cracked tooth, usually signified by visible cracks and pain with chewing, and help protect and restore that tooth’s strength and function. We offer many different crown materials and work with the patient to determine which option is best for them.

Bridges

Dental bridges can help if you have one or more missing teeth. A dental bridge is typically comprised of crowns that are placed on anchor teeth on either side of the missing tooth, and a pontic (false tooth) that bridges the gap where the missing tooth is. It is cemented into place and can be used for front or back teeth to help restore the look and function of your teeth.

Partial Dentures

A partial denture is a removable plate made of either plastic or a mixture of metal and plastic. This replacement option is for patients who have lost several teeth in an arch but still have some remaining. These remaining teeth should be strong enough to act as anchors for the partial, as the partial will have clasps that grip onto those teeth and help keep the partial denture in place. Your dentist will work with you to determine which option is best for you.

Full Dentures

A full denture is a removable plate for someone who has lost of all their teeth in one or both arches. A removable denture can enhance your smile and facial appearance and help improve speech and chewing. We offer conventional and immediate denture options. Immediate dentures are made in advance and immediately placed after any remaining teeth are removed, allowing the patient to leave with a denture that same day and have teeth for esthetics during the healing period.

Implant-Retained Dentures

While traditional dentures rest on the gums and often need adhesive to stay in place, implant-retained dentures snap onto a post that is implant directly into your jawbone. The result is a life-changing alternative to traditional removable plates, offering a secure, natural-looking, more comfortable option that stays in place when you talk and eat.
